POSITION: PERMANENT, FULL TIME, 40 HRS/WK. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate business operations, organizational processes and user requirements to recommend systemwide and process level improvements that enhance efficiency and support management objectives; Develop and analyze workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process models to document current state operations and propose improvements; Interpret user requirements, operational data, and process findings, and translating them into actionable recommendations for organizational, procedural, or system related enhancements; Assess business and operational issues, document findings, and propose corrective actions; Monitor postimplementation outcomes of recommended business improvements, analyze user and stakeholder feedback, and update workflow and process documentation to reflect approved operational changes; Perform and coordinate testing activities to resolve issues by reviewing business level test results and validating outcomes with stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Applied Management/Information Technology Management or closely related field and 6 months experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or closely related. Experience must include analyzing user requirements to provide system-wide solutions, performing and coordinating testing activities to resolve issues, and developing workflow and data flow diagrams.

POSITION: Software Engineer

POSITION: PERMANENT, FULL TIME, 40 HRS/WK. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and enhance applications using the .NET framework (C#) to process and manage SWIFT MT/MX messages, including validation, parsing, transformation, and routing logic. Develop and integrate secure, scalable API solutions to facilitate communication between external systems and internal enterprise applications. Implement and support SWIFT connectivity using Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, and SAA APIs, ensuring secure handling of SWIFT MT/MX messages with encryption and authentication protocols. Build and maintain compliance-driven features within applications developed on the .NET framework, supporting financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT protocols. Integrate AML, KYC, and sanctions screening functionalities into transaction processing workflows using robust API architectures. Perform testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) for systems processing SWIFT MT/MX messages, analyze failures, and troubleshoot message errors including NACK responses. Support application deployment processes with CI/CD pipeline integration for swift deployment, ensuring efficient release cycles and system reliability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or closely related field and 1 year of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or a closely related field. Experience must include experience in SWIFT MT/MX, .NET framework, APIs, and CI/CD pipeline integration for swift deployment.
